Having trouble placing your order?

If you're having problems with your order not going through while using a credit card to pay, it is most likely a problem with the billing address you have entered for your account. To prevent against credit card fraud, your billing address is checked by Authorize.Net (the payment processor) against your credit card billing address and must match exactly for the order to go through. If an error occurs when you click on "place your order," please make sure your address is correct, including street name, apartment number and zip code.

Available Shipping Methods

You may choose during the checkout process to have your order shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery, or FedEx 2Day Delivery. Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of order. Regrettably, at this time, The Petite Press is unable accept orders from outside the United States.

Return Policy

Hopefully you will be satisfied with your purchase, but if that is not the case, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in unused, saleable condition in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. The Petite Press is not responsible for such damage.
  
• Please ship them to the above address, along with your order information. The Petite Press is not responsible for the cost to ship items back. It is suggested you use a type of service with a tracking number so you can verify the package has arrived. The Petite Press is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.
  
• Upon arrival, the items will be inspected to verify they are still in saleable condition, at which time a refund will be issued to your credit card.
  
• Regrettably, custom orders are not returnable.
  

Wholesale Information

In the future, I hope to begin selling items at a wholesale price level, but I am not doing so at this time.
